How can I give up my bad habits?

How can I give up my bad habits?

Take one bad habit at a time and start with it right now. Deal with bad habits one by one. Some bad habits are overcome overnight by a firm decision and sticking to it. Others may take days, weeks, months or even years. So don't ever get discouraged by failures. Keep at it and you'll steadily grow out of it. Ask God for help and tell Him you wish to change. Make a firm decision to give it up with God's help. Confess and start all over again whenever you fail. Analyse your failure and learn. Seek the help of trustworthy friends who can stand with you and guide you. Maintain a diary of your progress. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you (Phil 4 :13).

I KNOW THAT THOU CAN DO EVERYTHING

“I KNOW THAT THOU CAN DO EVERYTHING AND THAT NO PURPOSE OF YOURS CAN BE WITH HELD FROM YOU” JOB 42:2

These were the words job says when he faced lot of problems. Such as sickness, loses, pain, sorrow and shame... Because he believed that God can do everything and make changes in his life... for he knew Christ.

Dear beloved, in our day to day life we have to praise God. In this world when we face problems it is not permanent. In our ministries we face difficulties and troubles. We should not be worried about it for we will come out of our problems and God will be glorified. As the Psalmist says it is good to be face difficulties. So that we might learn to trust in him and his statues. Do not sit quietly when problems are faced. Run the race for Christ. Satan is a deceitful person he will always try to stop us through poverty, lusts of the world. When our eyes perceive only Christ, we can run the race for him.

In the life of job he faced lot of problems. But he looked unto God. Praised him and prayed continually. He also prayed for his friends and others. He got back twice as much as he lost.

In your ministries, do not think about your problems. But keep praying for others. Do not worry for God will give back everything that you lost.

May the grace of God abide with you all, Amen.
